Every Arcticform bed is delivered free to your door across Canada and the United States. No minimum order. No asterisks.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
Prefer a hands-off experience? White Glove delivery is available at checkout for $350. Your bed will be brought inside, placed in the room of your choice, and fully assembled.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. Once shipped, freight delivery typically takes an additional 1-2 weeks. Please allow 2-4 weeks total from order to delivery.
You'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.
30-DAY IN-HOME TRIAL
Sleep on it for 30 days. If it's not right for any reason, we'll arrange a full collection and refund. No forms, no questions, no friction.
Please keep your original packaging and boxes in the event of a return — they're required for safe collection and transit.

2-YEAR WARRANTY
Every Arcticform bed is backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If something isn't right, contact us at hello@arcticform.co and we'll make it right.
