Every Arcticform bed is delivered free to your door across Canada and the United States. No minimum order. No asterisks.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
Prefer a hands-off experience? White Glove delivery is available at checkout for $350. Your bed will be brought inside, placed in the room of your choice, and fully assembled.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. Once shipped, freight delivery typically takes an additional 1-2 weeks. Please allow 2-4 weeks total from order to delivery, though in some cases this may take longer.
Delivery timelines may be longer if your item requires a warehouse transfer or is on backorder.
If you need your order to arrive by a specific or future date, reach out to us at hello@arcticform.co and we'll do our best to accommodate.
You'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.
30-DAY IN-HOME TRIAL
Sleep on it for 30 days. If it's not right for any reason, we'll arrange a full collection and refund. No forms, no questions, no friction.
Please keep your original packaging and boxes in the event of a return — they're required for safe collection and transit.

2-YEAR WARRANTY
Every Arcticform bed is backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or issues resulting from improper assembly are not covered. If something isn't right, contact us at hello@arcticform.co and we'll make it right.
