SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Delivery — Free All Arcticform beds are delivered free via freight carrier to the threshold of your home — inside your front door or building entrance. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

White Glove Delivery — $350 White Glove delivery includes inside delivery to the room of your choice and full assembly. The carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient appointment time.

Delivery Timeline Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. Once shipped, freight delivery typically takes an additional 1-2 weeks. Please allow 2-4 weeks total from order to delivery.

You'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.

Your Delivery Experience All Arcticform beds are shipped via third-party freight carriers. Depending on your location the carrier may vary. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number and the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the scheduled window. If a delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable, the carrier may hold your order at their facility. Any storage fees accumulated as a result of missed or rescheduled deliveries will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to reschedule your delivery appointment please contact us at hello@arcticform.co as soon as possible and we will coordinate with the carrier on your behalf.

For White Glove delivery the carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient time for inside delivery and assembly.

Shipping Method All beds are shipped via freight carrier (LTL). Due to the size and weight of our beds, standard parcel delivery is not available.

Delivery Areas We deliver to all addresses across Canada and the United States. For remote locations additional charges may apply — contact us at hello@arcticform.co before ordering.
